On sunny days with no clouds, the bar graph is a nice looking curve. However, sunny days with
clouds give a bar graph that has ups and downs on the bars.
I can look at the bars and see when clouds reduced
the magnitude of the sunlight hitting the cells. The bar graph peaks at
about 11 am, rather than at noon, because the sun is low in the winter sky and my street isn't aligned
exactly north-south; the solar power increases in the morning at a faster rate than it
decreases at night.
